Northern Edge Property Management is operated by two licensed NH Realtors, Pam Van Vlaanderen and Monique Dube. Both serve as property managers operating under the supervision of their Broker, Carl Mercier. The property managers are responsible for the overall management of assigned residential or commercial properties to satisfy the requirements of the ownership and tenants, maintaining property rental units, advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing rental units, collection of monthly rents, recommends necessary collection action to owners, develops and maintains excellent tenant/owner relationships, prepares monthly profit & loss statements and annual reports for tax purposes, works with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate maintenance issues, upkeep or reconditioning of rental units.
